Go to your professor’s office hours: Confused about course material? Not sure about an assignment? Ask. Professors are there to help you; getting to know them will help you during the semester

3) Well-being and Mental Health

Your Well-Being Matters. If you are feeling overwhelmed, you don’t have to figure it out alone.

Starting a new semester can feel exciting, stressful, or both. Asking for help is part of taking care of yourself — not a sign that you're falling behind.

At the Health & Counselling Centre, you will find mental health clinicians, nurses and physicians who will help you.
